Refund Policy
We at www.orhan.ro take great pride in offering unique and one-of-a-kind artwork created by talented artists. Each piece of art is carefully crafted and inspected to ensure its quality and authenticity. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on artwork purchases.
Returns
We understand that purchasing artwork is a significant decision, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your choice. Therefore, we offer a “See It Before You Buy It” option. Here’s how it works:
Before completing your purchase, you can opt to schedule a viewing appointment to see the physical artwork in person.
During the viewing appointment, you will have the opportunity to inspect the artwork, ask questions, and assess whether it meets your expectations.
If, after the viewing appointment, you decide not to proceed with the purchase, you are under no obligation to buy the artwork, and no charges will be applied.
Damaged or Defective Artwork
In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at contact@orhan.ro. We will work with you to address the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.
